Nusser Raphael

Raphael Nusser is an associate in Lenz & Staehelin's Zurich office. His practice focuses on intellectual property, licensing and unfair competition law with an emphasis on the protection of national and international trade mark rights. As a trade mark attorney, he gained experience in trade mark registration as well as opposition and infringement proceedings. He is familiar with the commercialisation of IP rights through licensing, franchising and selective distribution.
